I’m passionate about building systems that work and turning complexity into clarity. I thrive on designing processes, aligning strategy, and helping teams move from scattered to streamlined.
My career began in the defense industry as a Financial Analyst, where I discovered a love for data and problem-solving. At Northrop Grumman in Baltimore, I learned how to turn numbers into insight — completing my MBA while gaining a deep understanding of financial operations.
From there, I joined a startup in Northern Virginia, reporting to the founders of the company (both the CFO and COO). That experience shaped the way I work today: hands-on, cross-functional, and focused on operational excellence. I found my niche in transforming raw information into actionable strategy — helping leadership teams align, prioritize, and scale.
Later, I served as Chief of Staff to the CEO at a regional wireless company, where I worked across departments to build smarter systems and support decision-making at the highest levels.
Today, at NorthSpring, I bring that same passion and precision to our clients — helping mission-driven leaders implement the systems and processes they need to grow with confidence and clarity.
As NorthSpring’s Business Operations Lead, I focus on designing and optimizing the operational backbone of our clients’ businesses — from workflow systems and project management tools to internal processes and strategic planning rhythms. I love getting into the weeds so our clients don’t have to, bringing structure to chaos and aligning daily operations with long-term vision.
Whether supporting through a short-term engagement or serving as a fractional operations partner, I’m here to help leaders focus on what they do best — while ensuring their business runs smoothly behind the scenes.
