Hello! My name is Kyrsten Kimble and I have over 10 years of progressive human resources experience, supporting organizations in areas such as performance management, succession planning, organizational design, strategic talent planning, employee engagement, culture, diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI), internal communications, and learning and development.
I have worked in industries spanning agency marketing, corporate retail, manufacturing, fundraising, and higher education. Most recently, I served as a Sr. HR Business Partner for Indiana University Foundation, partnering with executives to drive change by developing strategies that support employee development and engagement. Prior to working in higher education, I worked in talent acquisition at Vera Bradley Designs, Inc. based in Fort Wayne, IN. I also spent several years working in HR for Finelight, Inc., a healthcare marketing agency based in Bloomington, IN. I obtained a bachelor’s degree from Indiana University with concentration in Journalism and a minor in English.
I am a Gallup-Certified Strengths Coach and believe strongly that a person’s natural talents – those thoughts, feelings, and behaviors that come most naturally – are the source of an individual’s true potential and power. I have spent nearly a decade leveraging Gallup’s strengths-based coaching philosophies to guide individuals and teams toward optimal performance and job satisfaction.
